I know you are on this page because you want to learn more about my exciting life, know where I have been and what I have experienced.
So here you are.

Work Experience

Software Engineer

June 2021 - Present

CableLabs, Louisville (CO)

I am working in the Future Infrastructure Group. I worked on a large range of project going from embedded systems to cloud systems. I gained a strong experience in Kubernetes/Openshift as well as containerization. I also got familiarized with the cable industry while representing CableLabs at multiple conferences.

Software Engineer Intern

August 2020 - May 2021

NREL, Golden (CO)

I am working on the Lex project as a full stack software engineer intern. This project is a an allocation request portal for super computing resources at NREL. Researchers and external partner can submit requests for resource allocation and administrators can get metrics on the usage and status of those resources. I am applying the skills I learned with the Django web framework on a large scale project.

Software Engineer Intern

May - August 2019
and January - April 2020

Webroot, Broomfield (CO)

I worked at Webroot as a backend software engineer intern. This internship gave me the opportunity to apply my classes skills as well as learning new ones such as Go, code review, gitflow, using AWS messaging (SNS, SQS) and databases (Dynamo, Aurora, ...) for microservices.
Working for a security company and with Go also taught me to take more into account security flaws as well as my code performance and optimization.

Teaching Assistant

January 2019 - August 2020

Colorado School of Mines, Golden (CO)

I am currently a TA and grader for the class of Programming Concepts. I hold tutoring hours to help students with their assignments and projects.

IT Assistant

June - August 2016
and May - August 2017

Ministry of Culture, Montpellier (France)

For my second internship in the ministry of Culture, I helped the IT service head in his job: I was in charge of managing the hardware inventory so I developed a database system to make our job easier and allow a more convenient tracking for future employees.
Alongside this task, I provided IT support to the other employees. I had to solve software issues (virus attacks, trouble with software, preparing computers and accounts for new employees,..) as well as hardware issues (old computers needing new parts, network to set up in new offices, printers to fix...).
I also was in charge of a visiting high school student.

Math and Physics Teacher

During summer breaks

Freelance

Math and Physics tutoring for French high school or university students in my hometown Montpellier. Preparation for baccalaureate exam, taking a lead or catching up before university starts, I helped students reach their academic goals in math and physics (the two classes I used to ace when I was in high school and then prep school).

Education

Computer Science Master of Science

August 2020 - May 2021

Colorado School of Mines, Golden (CO)

In parallel of my internship at NREL, I am getting my Master of Science in Computer Science at Colorado School of Mines. I received a NSA Cybersecurity Education certificate last year and I am expanding my cybersecurity skill set through that Master's degree.

Computer Science + Robotics and Intelligent Systems Bachelor of Science

August 2016 - May 2020

Colorado School of Mines, Golden (CO)

I follow the Robotics and Intelligent Systems of the CS degree because I am fascinated with artificial intelligence and machine learning so I wanted to get more knowledge on these subjects. I am also taking classes on cryptography and other interesting and useful topics such as game design or web development thanks to the freedom allowed by this program.
GPA: 3.1

Preparatory School

September 2015 - June 2016

CPGE Joffre, Montpellier (France)

During this year in the elitist French preparatory school, I followed the math/physics and engineering sciences track with the computer science option. I retain from this experience the ablity to handle huge charges of work (34 hours of classes/week + oral interrogations and weekend 4 hours exams) as well as an improved time management skill. As a matter of fact, I kept playing high level soccer alongside this heavy school schedule so I needed to become more effective and organized to keep up with both academic and athletic schedules.

Baccalaureate

July 2015

Lycée Notre-Dame de la Merci, Montpellier (France)

I earned my European high school diploma with the highest mention ("Très Bien" if any French enthusiast here wanted to know). I obtained the highest possible grade in math and physics and I produced a group research work about planes and glass. We presented our approach and our results here!
